When you purchase our services, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund. However, this refund applies only to INACTIVE orders. Refunds are not applicable once an order has been activated with a PAID membership.

Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) when requesting a refund, and optionally share your feedback with us – we take customer input very seriously and use it to continually improve our products and services.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
